This commercial space is designed with a focus on clean lines, open spaces, and a highly functional layout. At its core is a central entrance hub, seamlessly connecting multiple tenants in the building. The hub acts as a dynamic gateway, providing easy access to various retail, office, and service spaces. The minimalist aesthetic, paired with intuitive navigation, creates a welcoming environment for both visitors and tenants, promoting a harmonious flow between the distinct yet connected sections of the space.

The central hub between the two volumes is a multi-story atrium that creates a dramatic interior space. Designed to bring in an abundance of natural light, the space features extensive glazing, bathing the interior in sunlight throughout the day. This expansive, open area not only serves as a seamless link between the two buildings but also as a direct connection to the outdoors. The transparency of the glass blurs the lines between interior and exterior, offering views of surrounding landscapes and encouraging flow between interior and exterior environments.
