DESERT INSPIRATION
using the landscape to influence form
the modern house concept gracefully mimics the natural curves of a sand dune, blending into its surroundings. Its flowing, organic form creates a striking visual statement, emphasizing extravagant design and luxury living. Large sweeping roofs and undulating walls echo the shapes of the desert, while expansive glass façades offer uninterrupted views of the landscape and city, allowing light to flood the interior without compromising privacy. The moat around the perimeter creates a passive cooling breeze from the water and provides additional security.

a contemporary form with a traditional program
The house offers a contemporary interpretation of royal architecture, featuring a surrounding moat and a "drawbridge" as the primary entrance. Inside, public and private zones are thoughtfully separated by a central lobby that aligns with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The public side of the home includes numerous guest suites and entertainment areas, while the private side is reserved for personal living spaces. An expansive deck encircles the exterior, linking the moat to a large pool and outdoor entertainment areas. Additional outdoor amenities, including a reflection garden and a basketball court, blend seamlessly with the home’s luxurious design while honoring cultural traditions.
